If you want to do something different with your Sunday morning, then sign up to our fight camp and you will not regret it. Spend the morning burning calories, fat and toning muscles as well as having fun.
If you haven't boxed in a while, we will only take a few minutes getting the boring skills and moves back out.
The workouts are varied and ran by our in house trainer Ricky Singh who will encourage you and motivate you to push your yourself and rise to the challenge.
8.50am - Arrive + Pre Workout
9am - Session 1 - 12 Rounds
9.50am - Break & Snacks
10am - Session 2 - Box, Build, Sweat
10.50am - Break & Snacks
11am - Championship Rounds
